Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 18, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before registering or applying for event works on CLiBRO. By using our platform, you agree to these legal obligations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CLiBRO platform at clibro.com (including its registration portals, apply links, and dashboard applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Platform Role & User Status
CLiBRO is a marketplace interface that connects independent daily workers ("Workers") with clients or event organizers ("Vendors").
- No Employment: CLiBRO is not an employer. Workers are independent contractors responsible for their own services, taxation, and work delivery.
- Vetting & Review: While we review registrations before activation, users are responsible for conducting their own verification of job posts, payments, and worker capabilities before engaging.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must use the platform responsibly. The following behaviors will result in immediate account termination:
- Providing false credentials, fake names, or fraudulent mobile numbers during registration.
- Harassing, spamming, or violating the safety of any worker or client.
- Using the platform for illegal event activities, fraud, or spamming non-event job listings.
4. Limitation of Liability
CLiBRO, its team, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your usage of the platform, worker performance, client payments, or any transaction facilitated through the service.
5. Contact Information
If you have questions about these terms or wish to report a violation, please contact our legal team at support@clibro.com.
